Welcome to part 2 of our Inspiring Women Series. Today I am chatting with entrepreneur and mother Kim Marshall, the Founder of Roots & Wings Childhood. Through Roots & Wings Childhood, parents can work with Kim one on one to learn how to parent consciously. The intention of conscious parenting is to accept full responsibility for ourselves and eliminate the need to control the outcome of our children. It is a conscious choice to replace shame and blame with understanding.

Once a Kindergarten teacher, Kim knows a thing or two about making the transition from a safe salary job to entrepreneurship. There is no shortage of challenges and lifestyle changes that must be made and in this episode, Kim shares all her wisdom from that time in her life.
