Building Authentic Partnerships Over Transactional Relationships as a Recruiter

In a world of fill-the-seat recruiters, how can we build true, authentic partnerships over transactional relationships?

This question has been on my mind and it’s the topic of this podcast episode. As someone who founded a boutique recruitment firm and has a background in HR, I’ve seen how the “big guys” hire talent. I have also experienced the mindset of many recruiters– how quickly can I fill the seat and get out, how quickly can I make my money and get out?

That sort of thinking is exactly why I founded my own firm. I believe I have an innate skill for matching incredible humans with incredible businesses and unlocking leaders of growth companies to max out their potential.
