#1 Lesson Learned from Boise and Kelowna

A few weeks ago, I popped on the mic with no plan and shared openly about an immersive experience I went through at a leadership accelerator retreat. I committed to sharing my unfiltered thoughts, dilemmas, and growth processes on this podcast, so that’s exactly what I did in episode 28 and what I will be doing in this episode as well.

After attending the leadership accelerator retreat, I went home for 48 hours and repacked my bags for a VIP session with Dan Martel. These experiences were fundamentally different– one focused on self-reflection and the other was a business strategy session– but both opened my eyes to areas of myself and my business that need improvement.
