Investing in Yourself in 2024

Happy New Year! In today’s episode, I share my thoughts on how to start the new year off in the best way possible. Here’s a hint: It doesn’t involve resolutions. Instead, I invite you to consider what rituals will best set you up for success, including the ritual of self-investment.

As a new chapter begins, you’ll inevitably see as many self or business development courses and offerings as you see people at the gym. The question is, what will you say yes to? As the year inevitably flies by, you’ll want to know that whatever you invest your time and money in aligns with what truly matters to you. Instead of getting swept up by every new program on offer, get really clear now about what would really move the needle for you. I share what types of things I will always invest in and discuss my process of knowing whether an offering is right for me or not.
