The Power of Community

In this solocast, I reflect on the importance of having a sense of community as an entrepreneur. Spending an inspiring weekend at a mastermind with other passionate leaders left me with a very real understanding that I’m not alone. It also left me with new perspectives, new ideas, and a revived sense of connection and trust built with like-minded people.

I share my takeaways from my weekend, along with some of the ways we lifted each other up. The right people will gently but firmly challenge your thought processes and perspectives, acting as mirrors to reveal your blind spots. I reflect on how the pandemic changed the way we connect and why spontaneous, in-person connections can fuel powerful conversations. Plus, I talk about one of my blind spots, and how this mastermind helped me recognize and move past it.
