Give A Damn with Chad Brown

Welcome back to another episode of the Jackie Serviss Show. I am so excited to share a dear friend of mine, Chad Brown, with you! Chad Brown is a leadership engagement expert. He coaches executives and entrepreneurs in the art and science of leadership for themselves, their teams, and clients to create new, unprecedented results and experience fulfillment in their work. Chad is an Associate Partner at Take New Ground and the co-host of The Naked Leadership Podcast.

Chad shares his previous experiences as a founder and how getting lost in his business led him to his passion for helping other founders in the same position. Chad explains how one question posed by a mutual friend of ours- Adrian Koehler- sparked a significant reflection for him. Chad’s answer showed him the darkness in being a founder and helped him realize his true motivation. As Chad says, “what we resist persists,” and he has made it his mission to work with other founders to stop resisting their darkness and instead befriend it and start using it as a tool instead of letting it hold them back.

In this episode, we dive head first into all things leadership and personal development challenging the stories that we, as founders, sometimes live in.
