Grace and Space

What would your life look like if you gave yourself more grace and space? In this week’s episode, I’m talking about the importance of grace and space in your everyday life.

Giving yourself space means you can explore life without the pressures and judgments that others may impose. Having time to yourself is critical for growth and personal development. Instead of worrying about the needs, interests, and opinions that others may have, space lets you focus on yourself.

Giving yourself grace allows you to change your internal narrative– for the better. As a recovering people pleaser myself, I know how negative internal thoughts can get when we’ve made a mistake or said the “wrong” thing. That’s where grace comes in. When we give ourselves grace, we can forgive ourselves for being human.

The combination of grace and space has worked wonders on my internal dialogue and the love I have for myself, and I’m positive it can have the same impact on you, too! _________________________________________________________
