I’m currently navigating this sometimes uncomfortable process myself. And I find that as we move towards new horizons, we inevitably face new, sometimes scary, challenges. I talk about how when you’re in the process of change, things tend to be chaotic before they get better. Then I share how to move forward to new levels, starting with taking a look at what you’re tolerating. What behaviors, situations, thoughts, beliefs, or people are holding you back?
